Director of Finance & Administration

The Director of Finance & Administration oversees RHI’s financial and administrative systems, including the contracting, compliance and billing associated with the organization’s public funding streams. This person partners closely with RHI’s out-of-house accountants to ensure information is readily available for the Executive Director and Board to analyze the organization’s financial health and long term sustainability. This position offers the opportunity to help steer a widely respected CBO through continued periods of growth and to ensure the center’s day-to-day administration is efficient and effective. Connections to Care: High School Social Worker

The High School Social Worker is a part of an interdisciplinary team serving program participants at RHI. The High School Social Worker will engage young people enrolled in RHI programming in social, emotional and mental health services. The High School Social Worker supports RHI’s Connections to Care (C2C) initiative to increase mental health access in Red Hook. Connections to Care is an unprecedented citywide effort through ThriveNYC to make mental health care accessible to all New Yorkers. As such, the High School Social Worker has a pivotal role in shaping counseling service delivery and embedding best practices in an innovative and impactful setting. Responsibilities include mental health screening, individual and family counseling, advocacy, group work, case conferences and case management. Capacity building offerings include: weekly clinical supervision, monthly group supervision, peer support, and monthly case conferencing. Red Hook Community Health Network Coordinator

The Red Hook Community Health Network Coordinator will bring a community organizing background to lead the Red Hook Community Health Network (RHCHN). Working within the Collective Impact approach, and in partnership with a coalition of local social service and health organizations, this position will work to advance policies and systems changes to end Red Hook health inequities and to increase access to health and health related services in the Red Hook neighborhood.
