Director of Finance & Administration

The Director of Finance & Administration oversees RHI’s financial and administrative systems, including the contracting, compliance and billing associated with the organization’s public funding streams. This person partners closely with RHI’s out-of-house accountants to ensure information is readily available for the Executive Director and Board to analyze the agency’s financial health and long-term sustainability. This position offers the opportunity to help steer a widely respected CBO through continued periods of growth and to ensure the center’s day-today administration is efficient and effective. It is also an opportunity to help build the capacity of our program teams to
become more connected to our annual budget process, and to their individual program and grant budgets.

Employee Support Consultant

Our work is focused on youth development, community building, and community hiring. Dozens of participants in RHI programs have returned to RHI as staff, and have jump-started careers in youth development from there. A key component of our approach to youth development and community building lies in the integration of socio-emotional support. Social work values and holistic practices are essential to our service delivery model and in turn essential for protecting our workforce. We are seeking a dynamic, community-minded professional to help support our staff with the stress of front-line service work, and help strengthen their ability to navigate their own personal and professional challenges so that they can better support our participants and community.

Red Hook Community Health Network Coordinator

A dynamic, self-initiating, detailed-oriented person is needed to provide facilitative, administrative and technical support to Red Hook Community Health Network in both strengthening the Network and overseeing organizing and advocacy efforts to advance policies and systems changes in the areas of housing and health care access.

This position is housed at Red Hook Initiative, but the Coordinator will take an active role at each of the Network’s member organizations. Evaluation and reporting will take place at the Network level.
