Back On The Block Party (Fundraiser)

Come check out our new home! RHI has signed the lease on a warehouse that will become RHI's new home for years to come. Come by between 6 - 9pm for food, music, raffles, and teen performances. At 9:30pm Dancing begins. Don't miss the $500 Rent Raffle, or the home cooked food!

RHI Radio Premiere and House Party (Fundraiser)

Please join us for an evening with youth, staff and board of the Red Hook Initiative. We will premiere RHI Radio, a series created and produced by young people from Red Hook. So come eat, drink, listen to great, thought-provoking reporting and learn about our progress in building the new RHI.
Tickets are free, but please bring your checkbook.

Getting Fabulous - Taking Back Yourself!

RHI is an official site for National Women's Health Day! Come celebrate a full day of women's health at 603B Clinton Street in Red Hook. The day will allow women to explore the different aspects of their health from reproductive health to nutritious cooking. This fabulous event will include: fitness (walking group and yoga), H.I.V testing, stress reduction, cooking class, blood pressure screening, nutrition consultations, and reproductive health workshops. This is a free event for women 18 and up, lunch will be provided. We welcome all Red Hook women and our neighbors from Brooklyn.
Special thanks to New Brown Memorial Church and Village Care for donating the space for this event.

Red Hook Rib-Off! (Fundraiser)

Come join some friends of RHI and cast your vote for the best ribs Texas Vs. Jamaican Style. A $35 per person donation will give you ribs, sides, dessert, drinks, and great company. Come eat with us and learn more about the new building project.

Singles Night (Fundraiser)

Support RHI by having fun at a house party and meeting others who are interested in supporting a good cause. Make some friends or maybe meet someone to date. Entry is $30 which goes to support the RHI Building Fund. Wine and light food will be served.
